Pluvitec Specialtec V 2kg/m2 Underlayment is a pre-fabricated waterproofing membrane with good mechanical characteristics and improved adhesion. This torch-on waterproof membrane is composed of distilled bitumen and plastomeric polymers (APP) having a woven non-woven single and the strand composite polyester reinforcement. Furthermore, Pluvitec Specialtec V version contains fibreglass resulting in excellent dimensional stability.

For the application of the membrane, the use of heat is generally used by means of a gas torch or specific hot air machine.
• the application surface must not have depressions, to avoid the ponding of rainwater
• allow this preparation layer to dry before proceeding with any other operation
• with prefabricated constructions, apply a suitable reinforcing strip along all joints
